My parents, sister and I had lunch at Pak Kong Chicken Rice Restaurant, Ipoh on August 21st, 2016.
Description of the restaurant
The restaurant was fully packed with customers during lunch hours. It only opened in the afternoon, and you need to come early to avoid long queues of customers taking away for their lunch. The waiters and waitresses were polite and kind to us and to the other customers. It is one of the famous chicken rice restaurant in Ipoh.
Different types of dishes we had:
- Roast chicken with soy sauce and chopped spring onion
- Sweet pork in barbecue sauce
- Oily yellow steamed rice
- Salted vegetable soup
